I am PhD candidate working with Dr. Abhishek Singharoy at the Biodesign Institute at ASU’s School of Molecular Sciences. My interests are theoretical chemistry and computational biophysics. My research projects include developing novel enhanced sampling techniques using machine learning, integrating Cryo-EM data with molecular dynamics simulations, and investigating molecular motors such as the Type IX Secretion System.
